about Green Room
Green Room Events is an event organiser based in Lichfield, planning galas, weddings, corporate hospitality and private celebrations across Staffordshire and the West Midlands. We look after the whole picture: venue, suppliers, styling, timings and the night itself, so the people hosting can be present rather than busy.
In theatre, the green room is where everything comes together before the curtain goes up. That's the part we love: a table plan that makes sense, a running order that breathes, and the small things noticed before anyone has to ask.

As early as you can, especially for summer Saturdays and the run-up to Christmas, when venues and suppliers book up first. Even if your date is close, get in touch. If we can make it work, we'll say so.
Both. If you have a venue, we'll work alongside their team. If not, we'll suggest options to suit your numbers, style and budget, whether that's a hotel, a private estate or a marquee on open ground.
We bring together everything your event needs: styling, furniture, catering, bar, entertainment and more. Some of it we handle directly; for the rest we book and manage specialist suppliers, so you still have one point of contact.
Yes. We look after the timings, the suppliers and anything unexpected on the day, so you don't have to.
